Migrating from Wix, Shopify or anywhere else?

All migrations ↗︎

We move sites to WordPress and stores to WooCommerce from Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, BigCommerce and static HTML — content, rankings and customers intact, with the old site running until the new one is verified.

Not sure which one

Most projects need two or three.

“Our site is old and slow.”

Usually a redesign plus speed work. We audit first so you only pay to rebuild what actually needs rebuilding.

“We're launching something new.”

Design and custom development together, with commerce added if you're selling. One team from wireframe to launch.

“Something broke and we're stuck.”

Security and maintenance. If the site is compromised, recovery comes first and hardening follows the same week.

Questions

How working with us actually goes.

If your situation isn't covered here, send us the details and we'll reply with a straight answer.

Which WordPress service do I actually need?

Most projects combine two or three. A slow, ageing site usually needs a redesign plus performance work; a new launch needs design and custom development. We start every engagement with an audit so the scope reflects what your site actually needs rather than what is easiest to sell.

Can one project span several of these services?

Yes, and most do. Design, development, commerce, performance and QA are handled by the same team on the same timeline, so nothing gets lost in a handover between agencies. You get one scope, one milestone plan and one point of contact.

Do you work on existing WordPress sites or only new builds?

Both. A large share of our work is inheriting sites built by someone else — auditing what is there, keeping what is sound and replacing what is not. We do not insist on a rebuild when targeted fixes will get you further for less.

How do you scope and price a project?

Cost is driven by scope: the number of unique templates, the complexity of any commerce or integration work, and whether content needs migrating. After a discovery call we quote a fixed price rather than an open hourly estimate, so there are no surprises mid-project.

What happens once the project is finished?

Launch is a milestone, not the end. Ongoing care covers core, theme and plugin updates, uptime and security monitoring, automated backups and a support channel for issues and small changes. You are not obliged to take it, and the site is documented either way.

Will we be locked into your team afterwards?

No. We build on core WordPress APIs and follow WordPress Coding Standards, and everything is documented and handed over. Any competent WordPress developer can pick the work up. Clients stay because the work is good, not because leaving is painful.
