Our work

The problem, the build, and what it actually changed.

Screenshots on their own prove nothing. Every project below says what was broken, what we did about it, and the number that moved — so you can judge whether we are the right team for the thing you are dealing with.

Grow Subscription commerce

Recurring billing that stopped losing customers

The problem. Customers were churning silently every time a card expired — the store cancelled the subscription rather than asking anyone to fix it.

What we did. Rebuilt the billing flow with proper dunning, card-update prompts and a pause option instead of cancel-only.

Grow B2B commerce

One store serving retail and wholesale

The problem. A manufacturer was running two separate sites because their retail store could not handle trade pricing or purchase orders.

What we did. Merged both into one WooCommerce install with customer groups, quantity breaks, quote requests and tax exemption.

Grow Performance

A store that got faster as it grew

The problem. The catalogue had tripled in two years and filtered category pages were timing out under normal traffic.

What we did. Not another caching plugin — database indexes, a rewritten product query and an object cache in front of it.

Build Editorial platform

A newsroom that stopped raising tickets

The problem. The editorial team filed a developer request for every landing page, so campaigns waited on the backlog.

What we did. Modelled their content properly and built twelve custom blocks with locked brand patterns.

−90% developer tickets
12 custom blocks shipped

Build Multi-brand platform

Nine regional sites, one codebase

The problem. Nine separate WordPress installs meant paying nine times for every change and waiting weeks for a rollout.

What we did. Consolidated onto multisite with shared blocks and per-region overrides, keeping local editorial control intact.

9 → 1 codebases to maintain
−64% time per rollout

Build Website redesign

A redesign that did not cost a single ranking

The problem. A 400-page site with a decade of accumulated URLs, and a previous redesign that had already lost them traffic once.

What we did. Mapped every URL, merged 90 thin pages into 20 stronger ones, and tested every redirect before launch.

Protect Hack recovery

Blacklisted on Monday, clean by Wednesday

The problem. A store serving redirect malware to mobile visitors only, which is why it went unnoticed for weeks until Google flagged it.

What we did. Cleaned it, traced the entry point to an outdated form plugin, closed it and handled the review request.

Protect Ongoing care

A year without an unplanned outage

The problem. Monthly incidents on a membership platform, every one traceable to an update applied straight to production.

What we did. Set up staging, moved updates to a weekly tested cycle, and added uptime and performance monitoring.

99.99% uptime over 12 months
0 unplanned outages

How we report

Numbers you can check, not numbers we chose.

Measured before we start

Every engagement records a baseline first — field performance, rankings, conversion. Without one, any improvement afterwards is a story rather than a result.

Same conditions after

We compare the same pages under the same conditions. Cherry-picking a fast page on a good day is how most agency case studies get their numbers.

Yours to verify

The data lives in your Search Console and your analytics, not in a slide we made. You can check every figure we quote back to you.

Questions

About the work shown here.

If you want detail on a specific project, ask — we can usually share more privately than we can publish.

Why are the client names not shown?

Because we only name a client when they have agreed to it in writing, and plenty of teams prefer their platform work stays quiet. The projects themselves are real, and we can usually share names, more detail and direct references privately once a conversation is under way.

Can we speak to a past client?

Yes, and we would encourage it before you commit to anything significant. We will introduce you to a client working on something comparable to your project, rather than whoever happens to be most enthusiastic. Ask when you get in touch and we will arrange it.

Should we expect the same results?

Honestly, not necessarily. The sites with the largest gains were the ones starting from the worst position — years of plugin accumulation, an untuned database, no monitoring. A site already in reasonable shape has less headroom. The audit tells you the realistic ceiling before you commit.

Do you only work on large projects?

No. The work shown here skews large because those projects have the clearest measurable outcomes, but a good share of what we do is smaller: a checkout fix, a plugin that needed rescuing, a month of performance work. There is no hard minimum.

How long do these projects usually take?

The performance and security work above was measured in weeks. The platform rebuilds ran over several months, driven far more by content readiness and internal approvals than by development time. You get a dated milestone plan before work starts, so the timeline is agreed rather than discovered.
