Yes. Most of our work is remote and asynchronous, with written updates rather than standing meetings. Time zones matter less than clear communication, and we agree a working rhythm at the start of every engagement so nobody is waiting on a reply overnight.

Often, yes. We begin with an audit of what exists so you get an honest assessment of what is salvageable before committing to anything. Sometimes finishing the existing build is cheapest; sometimes the code makes ongoing work more expensive than starting again. We will tell you which.
