Premium theme services that make the theme look like the demo.

Everyone has lived it: the theme looked stunning on the demo and nothing like it after install. Premium themes are powerful, but they reward setup done properly — demo-accurate configuration, customisation through a child theme so updates never wipe your changes, and the discipline to know when a theme is the wrong tool entirely.

  • Demo-accurate setup — the theme you bought is the theme you get
  • Child-theme customisation that survives every update
  • Honest advice when a theme is the wrong answer

The problem

What usually brings people here.

It looks nothing like the demo

Demo imports half-work, required plugins go missing, and the homepage is a broken skeleton of the screenshot you bought.

Updates ate the customisations

Changes made directly to theme files — gone with the next update. The classic, and completely preventable.

The theme fights the brand

The colours and fonts are almost right, the layout almost fits, and every page is a compromise with someone else’s design.

Bought heavy, running slow

Multipurpose themes ship every feature for every buyer. Your site carries all of it on every load.

What we do

The work, specifically.

Discuss your project ↗︎

Theme selection

Before you buy: we shortlist themes whose demo actually performs, whose developer actually maintains it, and whose structure fits your content — the checks the marketplace won’t do.

Demo-accurate setup

Imports done fully, required plugins installed and configured, and the gap between screenshot and reality closed page by page.

Child-theme customisation

Every change — templates, styles, functions — lives in a child theme. Parent updates land safely; your customisations are permanent.

Brand alignment

Colours, type, spacing and imagery brought to your brand so the theme stops looking like the other ten thousand sites that bought it.

Performance pass

Disabling the features you do not use, trimming assets, and caching — multipurpose themes run respectably when configured with intent.

Theme rescue & switching

Broken by an update, abandoned by its developer, or simply outgrown — we repair, or migrate you to a better theme with content intact.

How it works

From first look to handover.

Our full process ↗︎
  1. Select (or audit) the theme against performance, maintenance and fit
  2. Set up demo-accurately with all required plugins configured
  3. Customise via child theme to your brand
  4. Performance pass, then handover with documentation

Questions

Premium Theme Services questions, answered plainly.

If your situation isn't covered here, send us the details and we'll reply with a straight answer.

Why doesn’t my site look like the theme demo?

Demos rely on a specific stack: exact plugins, demo content, images and settings the one-click import rarely completes. We finish the job the importer started — required plugins, widget and page configuration, and the fine settings — until the promise on the screenshot is the site you actually have.

Will theme updates overwrite the customisations?

Not the way we build them. All changes live in a child theme — a WordPress-native layer the parent theme’s updates never touch. You keep receiving the developer’s improvements and security fixes, and your customisations survive every one of them.

Can you customise any theme we bought?

Almost always, yes — within honesty about the theme itself. A well-built theme customises cleanly; a poorly-built one fights every change. If your theme is the second kind, we will show you the evidence and the alternatives before you spend money polishing it.

Premium theme or custom build — which should we choose?

A good premium theme suits standard sites on a budget and timeline. A custom build wins when the design is brand-critical, the content model is unusual, or performance targets are strict. The honest tipping point: once you are paying to fight the theme, custom is cheaper. We will tell you which side you are on.
